The « well-being » area, which can be privatised upon demand, is equipped with a steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, sensory shower, Nordic shower bucket, an ice fountain as well as a tearoom. 

The fitness space is available throughout the day, from 7 :00 am until 11 :00 pm.

A massage room is available for those that wish to enjoy relaxing massages, by yourself or for two.

Every day from 10 a.m until 8 p.m, a team of professionals are available and can offer a personalised treatment program. 

All treatments are specifically tailored to individuals or couples. There’s also plenty of scope for healthy activities in the immediate vicinity of the establishment, too, as fitness trails have been established in the adjacent parks, and the charming seafront of La Rochelle is also ideally suited for jogging.
